Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or making a booking.
By using this website, you enter into a user agreement with Imdadh Limited, of 5 Oxford Street, Batley, West Yorkshire, WF17 7PZ.
How these conditions apply to you will depend on whether your booking is a hotel only or some other travel arrangement.
When you make a booking, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your travelling party. If you make a booking for more than one person, you are responsible for all payments and communication on behalf of the group.
All contracts with Imdadh Ltd and all matters arising from them are subject to English law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The person who makes the booking, who must be aged 18 or over, accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party.

Definitions
GDPR
(3A)- GDPR - YOUR RIGHTS UNDER GDPR GDPR of EU gives you a right to access data and information held with us about you. It also gives you a right to amend, correct, delete and object to further processing.
Contract Information
If you book any product, your contract is with Imdadh Limited.
A contract arises when you have confirmed your booking and we issue a confirmation invoice.
If you book other travel arrangements, Imdadh Limited acts solely as a booking agent. In that case, your contract will be with the relevant supplier (e.g. hotel or tour operator), and their terms and conditions will apply.
Hotel star ratings are provided by our suppliers and may vary by destination.
All contracts with Imdadh Limited are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and accepts these terms on behalf of all travellers listed.
Payments
All payment made is non-refundable. Bookings made with refundable options, will still incur cancellation charges (booking fee, non-refundable component, if any). Furthermore, before confirming the booking, please ensure that you have read and understood the cancellation charges outlined in the Terms and Conditions, including the applicable percentages for each cancellation period.

Imdadh Limited is committed to safeguarding your privacy and complies with the applicable data protection laws and regulations. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data provided by you, and by using this website you consent to the practices described herein.

Our site uses cookies to improve your browsing experience. You may disable them in your browser if you prefer.
Personal Information
We collect and process information necessary to fulfil your bookings, such as name, address, contact details, passport information, and payment details.
This data may be shared with accommodation providers, and other partners strictly for booking fulfilment.
We will not retain your data longer than necessary and will take all appropriate steps to protect it from unauthorised access or misuse.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data under GDPR. Requests can be made in writing to sales@roomsandmore.co.uk
Changes or Cancellations by You
If you wish to alter your booking, please notify us in writing to sales@roomsandmore.co.uk forwarding your booking confirmation email. We will try to accommodate your request, subject to availability and at a charge per booking, plus any supplier charges.
Some bookings (e.g. discounted or non-refundable) may not be changeable.
If you cancel your non-refundable booking, then it is completely non-refundable.
For REFUNDABLE bookings: If a booking is cancelled, 15% of the total amount will be deducted, along with any applicable cancellation charges based on the specified mentioned dates whilst making the booking. But it will never exceed the total amount paid.
If your reason for cancellation is covered by your travel insurance, you may be able to reclaim these charges through them.
Changes or Cancellations by Imdadh Limited
Occasionally, we may need to modify or cancel your booking due to operational reasons. If this occurs, we will:
- Inform you as soon as possible,
- Offer an alternative of equal or higher value (you may be required to pay the difference), or
- Provide a full refund of all monies paid.
No compensation will be payable for cancellations caused by force majeure (e.g., war, natural disaster, pandemic, industrial dispute).
Pricing
Prices are subject to availability and may change before a booking is confirmed.
Once confirmed, prices may only change in limited circumstances, such as:
- Government Taxes, or
- Local Authorities Charge, e.g. Municipal Fee etc.
Any additional local taxes or resort fees etc. will have to be payable directly to hotels at the time of check-in.
Liability
Imdadh Limited will take all reasonable care to ensure your travel arrangements are as described. We accept responsibility for services within our control but not for events beyond our direct management (e.g., third-party delays, natural events).
Our liability shall not exceed the total cost of your booking. We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages.
If you experience a problem while abroad, please inform the local supplier/local emergency number mentioned on your voucher immediately.

All post-travel complaints must be submitted within 28 days of return.
Passport, Visa & Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, visas, and vaccinations as required for your destination. Failure to comply may result in denied check-in or entry, and Imdadh Limited cannot be held responsible for related losses.
