Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or making a booking.

By using this website, you enter into a user agreement with Imdadh Limited, of 5, Oxford Street, Batley, West Yorkshire, WF17 7PZ. How these conditions apply to you will depend on whether your booking is a package holiday or other travel arrangement.

When you make a booking, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your travelling party. If you make a booking for more than one person, you are responsible for all payments and communication on behalf of the group.

All contracts with Imdadh Ltd and all matters arising from them are subject to English law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The person who makes the booking, who must be aged 18 or over, accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party.

Definitions

Package – A combination of at least two of the following elements sold together at an inclusive price:

  • Accommodation

Anything else, such as flight-only bookings or services sold separately, constitutes “other travel arrangements”.

Contract Information

If you book a package, your contract is with Imdadh Limited.

A contract arises when you have confirmed your booking and we issue a confirmation invoice.

If you book other travel arrangements (such as flight-only or hotel-only), Imdadh Limited acts solely as a booking agent. In that case, your contract will be with the relevant supplier (e.g., airline, hotel, or tour operator), and their terms and conditions will apply.

All contracts with Imdadh Limited are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and accepts these terms on behalf of all travellers listed.

Payments

At the time of booking, a deposit of between £150 per person and the total cost of the booking must be paid, depending on the travel type.

Full payment is required no later than 8 weeks before departure, or immediately if the booking is made within that period.

If the required payments are not made on time, the booking may be cancelled, and deposits forfeited. Payment can be made via major debit or credit cards.

ATOL Protection

We provide financial protection under ATOL No. 10961, issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
When you purchase an ATOL-protected flight or package from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate explaining what is financially protected and who to contact if something goes wrong.

In the event of insolvency, either we or another ATOL holder may provide your services at no additional cost. If this is not possible, you may be entitled to claim under the ATOL scheme or from your card issuer.

By accepting ATOL protection, you assign to the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust any related claims arising from non-provision of services.

Changes or Cancellations by You

If you wish to alter your booking, please notify us in writing. We will try to accommodate your request, subject to availability and an amendment fee of £55 per booking, plus any supplier charges.

Some bookings (e.g., discounted or non-refundable airfares) may not be changeable.

If you cancel your booking, then it is completely non-refundable.

If your reason for cancellation is covered by travel insurance, you may be able to reclaim these charges.

Changes or Cancellations by Imdadh Limited

Occasionally, we may need to modify or cancel your booking due to operational reasons. If this occurs, we will:

  • Inform you as soon as possible,
  • Offer an alternative of equal or higher value (you would need to pay the difference), or
  • Provide a full refund of all monies paid.

No compensation will be payable for cancellations caused by force majeure (e.g., war, natural disaster, pandemic, industrial dispute).

Pricing

Prices are subject to availability and may change before a booking is confirmed.

Once confirmed, prices may only change in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Fuel cost variations,
  • Government taxes or airport fees, or
  • Exchange rate changes.

Liability

Imdadh Limited will take all reasonable care to ensure your travel arrangements are as described. We accept responsibility for services within our control but not for events beyond our direct management (e.g., third-party delays, natural events).

Our liability shall not exceed the total cost of your booking. We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages.

All post-travel complaints must be submitted within 28 days of return.

Passport, Visa & Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents, visas, and vaccinations as required for your destination.

Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or entry, and Imdadh Limited cannot be held responsible for related losses.

A flight described as “direct” may include one or more stops.

Airlines may change schedules for operational reasons. Please reconfirm departure times at least 72 hours before travel.

We bly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

Miscellaneous

  • Hotel ratings are provided by local authorities and may vary by destination.
  • Additional local taxes or resort fees etc may be payable directly to hotels.
